The Labor Market Mismatch Millennium Nucleus2C2) organized the international workshop "Gender and Labor Market Mismatch," which took place on December 6th and 7th at the Extension Center of the Catholic University. The event brought together researchers from Chile and abroad to discuss the impact of labor market mismatch.
The workshop featured two keynote speakers: Peter Kuhn, a professor of economics at the University of California, Berkeley, and Kim Weeden, a sociology professor at Stanford University. Kuhn is a renowned expert in labor economics and has published numerous studies on labor market mismatch. Weeden is an expert in gender sociology and has researched the gender wage gap and labor mismatch between men and women.
The LM2C2 Millennium Nucleus is a research center studying labor market mismatch. The center comprises researchers from Chile, Catholic University, Andrés Bello, and Diego Portales.
