We are a multidisciplinary group of academics, researchers, and professionals in the fields of sociology and economics. With our academic work at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC), Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB), and Universidad Diego Portales (UDP), we conduct research and analysis at the LM²C² Millennium Nucleus on labor market mismatches, informality, and human capital development in Chile.
Our purpose is to generate knowledge and evidence that strengthens human capital development, reduces labor market mismatches, inequality, and informality, and identifies strategies aligned with future needs.
