During the week of activities, participants attended lectures, interactive workshops, and practical sessions delivered by academics Felipe Balmaceda, Tania Hutt, Mauricio Bucca, Mauricio Tejada, Paola Bordón, Andrea Canales, and Benjamín Villena, as well as the President of the National Commission for Evaluation and Productivity, Raphael Bergoeing. Together, they provided a comprehensive view of key topics such as principles of economics, modern research methods, data analysis, measurement and evaluation, and the impact of educational credentials on the labor market.

A Bridge Between Research and Society

This initiative is part of the Projection to External Environment (PME) program, a cornerstone of the Millennium Nucleus for the Study of Labor Market Mismatches (LM²C²). The program demonstrates the center's commitment to engagement and connection with the broader community, focusing on developing young talent and transferring scientific knowledge to society.

In this context, the "Summer School" bridges advanced research in economics and social sciences and new generations of students, offering them an opportunity to understand the challenges and dynamics of the labor market.

It is worth mentioning that this activity provided an enriching academic experience and included full scholarships covering transportation, meals, materials, and accommodations for students. After the program, participants expressed their satisfaction, describing the event as "a significant contribution to their personal development."
