This strategy aims to consolidate a monitoring and anticipation system for labor market imbalances, to address technological and socio-ecological change through public policies and decision-making. This objective aligns with the research conducted at the LM2C2Millennium Nucleus. This Advisory Commission includes government, civil society representatives, and three experts in economics and labor matters. Paola Bordón, an academic at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Chile, is an expert in the field. Regarding the Strategy Proposal, the Undersecretary of Labor, Giorgio Boccardo, said: "The objective of this document will allow us to develop a strategy that seeks to solve over time the labor prospecting dilemmas that the country faces. It will present the main trends of labor supply and demand and a territorial perspective that can support the Regional Training Councils that are currently nested in the Regional Governments and also in the Municipalities through the OMIL."
